All the medical shit, we get it but what does it feel like? It feels like you have something heavy on your chest, like something as heavy as a having a fridge on your chest. Let’s be logical we’re human beings. The weight of that on your chest, Everytime you breathe in it feels like they stab all your lung at once, the chest area becomes tender, and feels like your heart is going to Burst. You get heart burn like a mf, like when your mom makes birria and you add chili, and eat hot Cheetos later that night with some white claws. Don’t do it. Bad choices of fried, spicy foods, plus all the other pain in the tits, the exhaustion of your body struggling to just take a breath. Then if you have fibromyalgia it’s an amplification of all those Pains flaring. Then you’re stuck in your mind, trying to find the stillness in the chaos of it all. You’re just there alone trying to survive the flares of our broken pieces. Finding the light to calm us, soothe us , protect us from the demons we are fighting.
