Degenerative joint disease

When you have degenerative joint disease (commonly known as osteoarthritis) the cartilage that normally protects the joint begins to deteriorate and wear away. Thats not the best part, hold for the cringe.
The femur and pelvis bones begin to rub against each other and can sometimes develop bony bumps, or osteophytes. When any part of that hip(specifically) is injured, fractured, naturally the body reacts. The joint is composed of the ball of the top of the femur, the socket of the pelvis bone, and then articular cartilage which coats both the ball and socket of the joint, allowing for smooth hip movements. When the cartilage cushioning the bones breaks down and the bone surfaces become exposed and rub together, this friction and irritation may cause the joint region to become inflamed and painful. This deterioration can lead to inflammation in the joint, which often produces considerable pain and stiffness that makes it hard to move. It makes it unbelievably hard to do everyday things. You can’t do shit!
Degenerative joint disease in the hip can lead to serious consequences if left untreated. They usually have you with anti-inflammatory drugs for a while, Steroids, narcotics. Treatments are available, but most of the time it’s not worth it! Having degenerative disease and a poor diet will make inflammation navigate into the body. Later bone and gastrointestinal damage from all the compounds in the drugs begin to surface. You can develop leaky gut, IBS, ulcerative colititis, inflammation of the aorta, some type of stomach or colon cancer, spondyloarthropathy. Just some examples of side effects for long term use of anti-inflammatory drugs. Not fun stuff.
Over time the inflammation turns to arthritis and begins to invade the spine, the legs, hands, feet, and all other parts of your body.
Treatments are medication, physical therapy, and joint replacement.
Usually that’s the list of help we get here on the west side, So I like to introduce the hope; there is also yoga, Meditation, Taichi, mindfulness, tapping, breathing, prayer, diet change, Enviormental change.
There’s hope warriors , to naturally help relieve the pain, inflammation, and even cure disease!! stay tune .
My personal advice from experience is slow down. Calming the mind, we can rewire the brain to calm the pain with breathing and holistic approaches. There are miracles happening everywhere. Have faith we can heal. There are natural remedies on Earth that can help. We get to live a little longer a little healthier. It’s worth it!
